1. Fees and payments
Fees may include a registration or admission fee, term fees, daycare fees and charges for optional activities. The applicable amount is shared with you at the time of admission. Payments can be made in person or online through our authorised payment gateway. Online payments are processed securely by the payment provider; we do not store your card or bank details.
2. Registration and admission fees
The registration / admission fee is a one-time charge that covers processing and securing your child's place. This fee is non-refundable once admission is confirmed, as it covers administrative costs already incurred.
3. Term and daycare fees
If you cancel before your child begins attending, term and daycare fees may be refunded after deducting any non-refundable registration fee and any applicable processing charges. Once the term has begun, fees already paid are not refundable, as the place has been reserved for your child.
4. How to request a refund or cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”, or call +91 78119 88825. Please include the child's name, the payment date and amount, and the reason for the request.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and are credited back to the original payment method used. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice or a payment fails but money is debited, please contact us with the transaction details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full to the original payment method.
